Accessibility Statement

Heritage Gaming, LLC wants carrom.sbs to be easy to use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, screen magnifiers or other assistive technology.

Our goal is for carrom.sbs to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What we have done

In October and November 2026, carrom.sbs had an independent accessibility review. Based on that review, we made changes to the site's own code and content, including:

  • Every product photo has its own text description.
  • Menus, search, the cart, the side cart and product quick views work with a keyboard, and focus moves to the right place when they open and close.
  • Screen readers announce the number of items in the cart, changes to quantity and subtotal, and the number of search results.
  • Page headings, form labels and link names are clearer.
  • Text contrast is stronger, and pages fit small phone screens without sideways scrolling.
  • The email sign-up popup no longer opens by itself while you shop.
  • Videos with speech have subtitles.

The accessibility menu

You may see an accessibility menu icon on our pages, provided by UserWay. It lets you change things like text size, spacing and contrast. Using it is optional. The changes listed above are built into the site itself.

Content from other companies

Some parts of the site come from other companies, such as product reviews, embedded YouTube videos, and the checkout and payment pages. We do not control their code. If any of these gives you trouble, contact us and we will help.
